New Climate Change easy read resource coming to our e-shop soon

Building Bridges are busy working to update our easy read information about climate change and what we can do about it. Soon you will be able to order these free resources for people with a learning disability.
What is climate change – information about what causes climate change and how it affects the earth. It also includes a ‘what the words mean’ to explain some key terms.
Climate change; What can I do – information about the everyday things we can all do at home and when travelling, to make a difference in the fight against climate change.

Building Bridges Training are offering to produce one piece of easy read information by the end of March 2025. We are looking for ideas from groups, or individuals with a learning disability.
Building Bridges are working on a project about ‘reasonable adjustments’; and the small things mainstream services can do to make a big difference to people with a learning disability.
We are still working on these easy read documents, and they should be available soon. We are working closely with climate change activists to ensure our information is correct.
