The Easy Read ideas competition

Building Bridges Training • Oct 13, 2022

Building Bridges is running another competition to get some new ideas for information to be produced into Easy Read.

Please get in touch if you can you think of a document or any information that you would like changed into Easy Read?

It could be a document you have already that isn’t in easy read form, a new idea, a topic you would like to learn more about, or something that would help people with a learning disability such as a guide to looking after your pets or how to keep safe on public transport.

Official documents

Building Bridges has produced this film explaining how people with a learning disability need accessible information, what easy read information is, and our easy read services.

All ideas and suggestions from self-advocacy groups, or someone with

a learning disability will be welcomed.

The guys at Building Bridges will look at all the ideas, and the one they choose will be made into Easy Read and will be available to everyone through our online shop.

Take a look at our flyer here if you would like more details about this.
