A Book to Remember Samantha - Book Order Form
Dear family and friends,
To celebrate Samantha's life and keep her memory alive, Chrissie and Liz have created a beautiful book telling Samantha's story.
The book is 28 pages, A5 size, and includes more than 40 lovely illustrations, all drawn by Chrissie. It has been professionally designed by Lauren, who kindly volunteered her time and skills.
The book shares her life story, the things she loved and were important to her. It has quotes at the back from friends and family.

Printed book – £7 (to cover printing costs)
Printed book posted to you – £10 (to cover printing, postage and packing)
Please let us know by Monday 3rd August so we can order the printed copies. The book will be available mid- August 2026.
