Parents with a learning disability

Building Bridges co-delivers a one day training event for staff who work with parents with a learning disability. The co-trainers are parents with a learning disability who share their first hand experiences.

The training is suitable for staff who may work for children’s services and trusts and come into contact with parents with a learning disability.

We can work with a group of approx. 12 people.

A family of four drawn with coloured pencils, standing side by side. The children are smaller with distinct outfits, and the adults are taller. The family includes one adult woman, one adult man, and two children all smiling.
